I wrote a couple of weeks ago that I was more excited about the Oklahoma State v. Mizzou game than I had been about any game in a long time.  This week that excitement continues.  Oklahoma State takes on the Texas Longhorns on Saturday.  Like the game two weeks ago both sides are highly ranked; this time quite a bit higher.

It's another tough road game and as pumped as the Tigers fans were two weeks ago, the atmosphere in Austin is sure to be unrelenting.  Fortunately, this OSU team appears to be immune from such influence.  Maybe its because they are so unaccustomed to the stage that they don't know to be nervous, or maybe its because they've already stood up to the pressure of head coach Mike Gundy's infamous rant.  Whatever is motivating this team, lead by their " Four Aces" at QB, WR, RB & TE, it has been going well.  Texas has also been rolling.  It's gonna be good.

I hope its not too good though.  I will most likely be following the game on my phone.  My wife's cousin's wedding starts a half hour before the game and is likely to last longer as it will be a big Indian wedding.  I missed most of the game agaisnt Mizzou two weeks ago because I was with my wife and her family at a religious festival.  The game next month against OU next month is on the same day that we'll be traveling to Michigan for a wedding reception for one of my wife's high school friends.  Depending on what time that game is I'll hopefully be able to catch a little bit of it.

So I'm missing the three biggest games of the year.  This is nothing new as OSU never has this much national TV exposure.  I don't care if I miss the game though, as long as they turn out the same way as they have all season.  Let's hope it works out.
