Topic: Why Vitamin B is important for our health
Vitamins in the B complex are very important for everyone's health we either produce vitamin B ourselves in our own intestinal flora or we get it from eating certain foods in our diet.. The purpose of B vitamins is to help our body turn food that we eat into energy, balance hormone levels found in your body and something else vitamin b does is help maintain a good strong immune system.. (however there are quite a few different things vitamins b does too)
In my view it is best to get vitamin B via a balanced diet instead of through supplements as this way you get other important nutrients as well meaning that you dont lack in any thing else.
